As approved by the board at the September meeting, the compensation for leak reporting has been increased.

Previously set at $25.00, the compensation amount has been raised to $45.00. 

Compensation for leak reporting may be credited to your account or paid out in check at your discretion.

Thank you to the coummunity and our customers for all your assistance in our efforts to resolve leaks and provide better service.

When you go to "Pay My Bill Online" it will bring you to a new page, where you will need to sign up with the following information:

• Name on account 
• Account number  ** The feild is four digits and will require a zero before the account number. ie.0325 **
• Username will be your email
• Your password that meets the requirements 

You can see your history of payments and consumption, you can set up auto payments or regular online payments (serivce charge as normal), set up text to pay, turn on paperless billing to not receive a paper bill in the mail (recommended), and set up notifiction delivery

To pay your water bill online, click on "PAY MY BILL ONLINE" and enter your name, account number and amount due and click enter, the next screen enter your contact information and the next screen enter your credit or debit card info or pay by e-check. There is a 2.5% fee added to credit and debit card payments and a $ 1.50 fee added for e-check payments. The RWD does not recieve the fees. The KANPAY online service collects the fees for their services. We can also take payments over the phone or at the RWD office. Please call the RWD office with any questions.
